Tasks
- Process incoming vendor invoices and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system
- Follow up on invoice approvals and support invoice matching activities
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve invoice-related questions and discrepancies
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status
- MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
- You have an international outlook
Working hours
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week
