Tasks
  • Process and maintain customer purchase orders (POs) accurately and on time
  • Enter, update, and track orders in SAP
  • Verify order details, pricing, and delivery information
  • Process and maintain demo product reservations
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding PO status and clarifications
  • Support daily office operations and provide long-term assistance to the team
  • Gradually take on additional responsibilities as experience grows

Requirements
  • Active or passive student status (at least one year finished)
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Reliable, structured, and able to work independently
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Working hours
  • Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 17:00)
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week
  • Long-term development opportunity
