Tasks
  • Proactively assist the commercial pricing process across multiple customers and products
  • Collect, maintain, deliver customer and deal information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create and maintain finance (P&L) templates, customer savings profile, analysis, customer pricing templates
  • Assist sales and the support team with administrative tasks to ensure clean, auditable records
  • Provide required documentation and presentations to support the core bid team
  • Create pricing models that reflect the profitability and business propositions for new and existing customers
  • Manage team KPI and governance
  • Support pricing and RFP for APAC BAU customers (quote / look at P&Ls and do win loss analysis)
  • Find area's of automation and help to create bot / automation

Requirements
  • Full time active student status now and for an upcoming 6 months at a Hungarian university in Business, Commerce, Economics or Finance
  • Confident English communication both written and verbal
  • Have at least intermediate knowledge in MS Office Programs, especially in Excel
  • Strong time-management skills – be able to manage their own workload as well to fit for timelines
  • Analytical way of thinking – double-checking if the process makes sense and/or is applicable in the given situation

Working hours
  • Availablity to invest at least 30 hours/week (6 hrs/day preferably)
  • 2 days in the office per week
