Worktime interval
20-30 hours weekly

Tasks
  • Support Commercial Terms upload to GSAP, and maintenance
  • Support Commercial Terms simulations for the Professional / B2B business
  • Support Accrual top-up and release activities
  • Support Contract checking vs. GSAP activities
  • Support business inquiries and reporting requirements
  • Support other specialists with routine tasks when needed
  • Support with process documentation improvement

Requirements
  • Active or passive student status (at least two year finished)
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of customer care skills
  • A high level of communication skills

Working hours
  • Working hours on weekdays (between 09:00-17:00)
  • Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
  • Long-term development opportunity
