Tasks
  • Order management for small accounts
  • Return processing in SAP
  • Price adjustments in orders
  • Stock availability check to inform dealers
  • General inquiries from clients
  • Report creation requested on demand by line manager
  • Help other specialists with routine tasks when needed
  • Help with process improvement activities

Requirements
  • Active or passive university student status
  • Advanced English and Italian language knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office (experience with Excel)
  • High level of customer care and communication skills

Working hours
  • Working hours on weekdays (between 08:00-18:00)
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week with possibility to more if needed and agreed
  • Long-term development opportunity
