Tasks
- Process and manage customer orders from order entry through invoicing.
- Check accurate customer master data and contract and forecast availability
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve order, delivery, stock, and invoicing issues
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders and provide timely support throughout the order lifecycle
- Process order changes, cancellations, and complaints following established procedures
- Monitor service levels and identify potential risks or issues, escalating when needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to help optimize processes and enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by participating in knowledge sharing, training, and team initiatives
- Enter and update customer orders
- Use systems effectively for daily work
Requirements
- The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
- Strong intermediate level of English and Spanish
- User level knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
- Precision, ability to work under pressure and attention to details
- Strong work ethics
Working hours
- Availability to work at least 25-30 hours/week
