Tasks
- Assist in creating and updating the Global Process Owner (GPO) playbook, which includes best practices, guidelines, and procedures for different processes
- Conduct research and analysis to identify key elements that enhance user experience and incorporate them into the company's digital platforms
- Support the GPO team in managing activities and projects, including project management office (PMO) tasks
- Develop and maintain learning paths for different business units within BP, ensuring employees have access to relevant training and development resources
- Assist in automating procurement guidance within the Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system to streamline procurement processes
- Use Signavio software to map and analyze business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for the company's strategic initiatives
- Assist in documenting and implementing project management best practices across various projects
- Perform business analysis on contracting activities, including specific projects and activity load across the team
- Conduct market analysis on risk management systems to identify potential solutions and improvements
Requirements
- Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
- Intermediate English knowledge both written and verbal
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Team player, in this role you will be working with a multi-country and discipline team
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Working hours
- Opportunity until the end of December - with the possiblity of extension
- Be able to invest at least 20-30 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
- Starting date at the end of June

Nice to have
