Tasks
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, storage, maintenance, retrieval, and archiving in full compliance with data security requirements
- Monitor and manage performance against key performance indicators (e.g., customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, transactional accuracy)
- Support teams in the effective and compliant use of IT systems
- Identify and drive efficiency improvements to support continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and QMS requirements
Requirements
- Active or passive student status with at least 1 year remaining (BA or MA in Economics, Finance & Accounting, or related field)
- Strong understanding of business requirements and strategy
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Capability to work in a team or individually if required
- Ability to keep deadlines whilst under pressure without compromising accuracy
