Tasks
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, storage, maintenance, retrieval, and archiving in full compliance with data security requirements
  • Monitor and manage performance against key performance indicators (e.g., customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, transactional accuracy)
  • Support teams in the effective and compliant use of IT systems
  • Identify and drive efficiency improvements to support continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and QMS requirements

Requirements
  • Active or passive student status with at least 1 year remaining (BA or MA in Economics, Finance & Accounting, or related field)
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and strategy
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Capability to work in a team or individually if required
  • Ability to keep deadlines whilst under pressure without compromising accuracy
