Tasks

Being part of the Record to Report department making sure all the assigned tasks of the job are managed in time with quality, continuously striving to achieve customer satisfaction
Ensure quality and timeliness of the operational tasks in the field of Record to Report Participate in ensuring process integration and strong relationships with interdependent functions
Deliver according to agreed service requirements
Contribute to the department process and system improvement initiatives
Participate in assigned projects – promoting effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day operation
Perform activities in line with internal and external controls, regulations, compliance

Requirements

Ongoing studies in Business/Finance/Accounting for at least one more year
Basic MS Excel skills
Fluency in English
Eagerness to learn and develop
Openness for new challenges and proactivity
“Can do” mindset
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
Team-player skills

Working hours

Availability to work at least 20-25 hours/week
