Tasks
  • Order management for small accounts
  • Return processing in SAP
  • Price adjustments in orders
  • Stock availability check to inform dealers
  • Ad-hoc requests coming from clients
  • Report creation requested on demand by line manager
  • Help other specialists with routine tasks when needed
  • Help with process improvement activities
  • Help with the claims process
Requirements
  • Active or passive student status at least two year finished
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Precision and focus when delivering tasks
  • Experience in process improvement
  • With experience in extra-curricular activities
Working hours
  • Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 17:00)
  • Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
