Tasks
  • Preparing invoicing report and requesting approvals (where needed) from project managers
  • Raising invoices and credit notes on a daily basis
  • Sending out invoices and credit notes to customers 
  • Solving invoicing related issues
  • Stakeholder management: close collaboration with project managers in LBU and with AR Collection team 
  • Tracking all billing activity in invoice report, commenting status on to-be-invoiced projects
  • Adhering to 24 hour SLA and commenting reason of delay when necessary
  • Report generation right first time on time 
  • Develop a good relationship with cross-functional teams (e.g. LBU, AP, FA, IT)

Requirements
  • Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status, preferably in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Fluency in English, Hungarian and an additional Europe
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of finance processes
  • Experience and understanding of major ERP systems 

Working hours
  • At least 30-35 working hours per week
  • From Monday to Friday in flexible working hours
