Tasks
- Examine employee disclosures of personal investments activities, outside activities, gifts and entertainments and performing routine follow-up on outstanding items
- Updating trackers to ensure accurate tracking of outstanding/in-progress volumes
- Review employee transaction confirmations and any quarterly statements requiring Employee Compliance team's review
- Update employee holdings in the Compliance system to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with internal policies
- Assist in reviewing team mailboxes to ensure timely allocation of employee queries/requests based on the subject matter of the query/email
- Prioritizing and categorizing queries to ensure efficient handling and resolution
- Review mailboxes to examine employee responses and update all relevant process trackers to accurately track closure/progress on outstanding items.
- Conduct routine follow-up with employees for transaction confirmations and quarterly statements to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Maintaining communication with employees to verify transaction details and ensure compliance
Requirements
- The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree related to finance, law, business
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in global financial markets and desire to learn about the investment management industry
Working hours
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
- Starting date after a successfully completed background check
- 6 month-long opportunity
