Tasks
- Support the Global Cyber Security Communications and Trainings Team in all internal communication and training related activities
- Handling administrative tasks related to cyber security global comms and trainings
- Preparing visuals for cyber security global comms and trainings
- Making sure that due tasks are followed up, overdue tasks are investigated and managed
- Proactively seeking opportunities to simplify/improve the comms and training assets, the process, raise concerns, share ideas with the Team
- Assisting the Team with ad hoc report requests
Requirements
- The position is open for applicants with active or passive university student status
- Ongoing studies in the field of Communication and Media
- Upper intermediate English knowledge both verbal & written
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Analytical and visual communication skills
Working hours
- Be able to invest at least 20-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
