Tasks
- Support the Sourcing and Vendor Management team in Budapest with data management and reporting activities
- Getting involved in various sourcing processes
- Provide support with document drafting and administrating
- Reporting with AP reporting team, getting an insight into data management processes
- Interact with Vendors and assist with contract and document management
- Drafting statements under supervision
- Join internal meetings with Stakeholders and Senior Managers
Requirements
- The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
Working hours
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
