Tasks
- Keeping the contact with internal colleagues and vendors
- Follow up on open orders
- Working on/resolving invoices to be submit for payment
- Update prices in SAP and other requests coming in a ticketing system
- Create Purchase orders (Systems used: QP, SAP)
- Validate Purchase orders (System used: ARIBA)
- Handle order confirmations
- Any other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1 level) and French knowledge
- Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status
- MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
Working hours
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
- Long development opportunity
