Tasks
  • Develop a strong understanding of GBS Europe business processes and systems to enable efficient support
  • Support interactions with Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) customers, intermediaries and fuel card customers
  • Handle customer contacts across multiple channels including phone, email, fax and written communications
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, storage, retrieval, archiving, maintenance and updates while maintaining data security
  • Monitor and manage performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, service level compliance and transactional accuracy
  • Support teams in the correct and effective use of all information technology systems
  • Identify efficiency and optimization opportunities that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Promote and support a culture of continuous improvement
  • Comply with BP HSSE policies as outlined in the BP employee handbook
  • Adhere to tasks, standards and requirements defined in the GBS Europe Quality Management System (QMS)

Requirements
  • Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months 
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree - already completed your first year at university
  • Intermediate English and advanced German knowledge both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to keep deadlines whilst under pressure without compromising accuracy
