Tasks
  • Manage documentation; be responsible for collecting, recording, and systematically filing incoming documents to maintain an organized record-keeping system
  • Distribute of incoming documentation to the appropriate team members in a timely and accurate manner
  • Oversee the scanning and digital storage of documents to ensure proper archiving and digital processing
  • Prepare and post outgoing documents while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards

Requirements
  • Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months 
  • At least Intermediate English and knowledge both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Working hours
