Tasks
  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out
  • Answer phone calls and handle reservations
  • Provide information about the hotel and local area
  • Handle late-night guest requests with professionalism
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy and secure
  • Reception administration
Requirements
  • Active or passive student status
  • Fluent English (spoken & written)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Friendly, helpful, and responsible attitude
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Ability to work independently during night hours
Working hours
  • Work schedule: 20-30 hours a week
  • Monday to Sunday
  • Between 10:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m.
