Tasks
  • Handle administrative onboarding activities, including document preparation and management
  • Act as main point of contact for new hires, providing information and answering questions
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of onboarding documentation with policies and regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. PC&C, Technology) to arrange equipment, access, and pre-employment checks
  • Provide domestic relocation support when required
  • Follow onboarding processes and suggest improvements for greater efficiency
  • Manage and resolve issues during the onboarding process, escalating when necessary
  • Collect feedback from new hires to support continuous improvement
  • Support the organization and execution of welcome events and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and provide regular reporting

Requirements
  • Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months 
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree
  • Advanced English knowledge both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and team-player attitude

Working hours
  • Be able to invest at least 30 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
  • Mandatory office day: Monday
